Welcome to the Entrepreneurial Support Hub! Founded in 2024, we are a partnership of five entrepreneurial support organizations--4pt0 Schools, Camelback Ventures, Echoing Green, Moonshot, and NewSchools--and we empower entrepreneurs with a supportive network, funding clarity, and relevant resources to turn ideas into social impact. These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website (the “Website”) of the Entrepreneurial Support Hub (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Your use of the Website means you agree to these Terms. Please do not use the Website if you do not agree to these Terms.

We may change these Terms on a going-forward basis at any time. If we change these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your use of the Website after we make changes means you agree to the changes. We encourage you to review the Terms from time to time to ensure you understand the Terms that apply to your access to, and use of, the Website.

Privacy. Collection of personal data through the Website, is governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into and is a part of these Terms.
Access License. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website. You may not copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit all or any part of the Website without our express written consent or for unlawful purposes. Additionally, you may not (a) use the Website or any Content for any commercial purpose; (b) make derivative use of the Website or Content; (c) use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Website for any purpose; (d) take any action that imposes, or may impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Website; (e) bypass any measures we may use to prevent access to the Website or (f) use the Website or Content in connection with the training of machine learning or a neural network, deep learning or artificial intelligence system or software. Any unauthorized use automatically terminates these licenses granted to you. We and our licensor(s) reserve all rights to the Website not expressly granted.
Ownership. We or our licensors own all of the materials featured on the Website, including text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, and illustrations ("Content"). All elements of the Website, including the general design and the Content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark, and other intellectual property rights and laws. Trademarks/No Endorsement. All trademarks, service marks and trade names of Entrepreneurial Support Hub used on the Website (including the Entrepreneurial Support Hub name and logo) (collectively “Marks”) are our trademarks or those of our partners and licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify Marks in any way without our prior written consent.
Feedback. If you give us any idea, proposal, suggestion, or feedback, including without limitation ideas for new products, technologies, promotions, product names, product feedback, and product improvements ("Feedback"), you give us, without charge, royalties, or other obligation to you, the right to use, share, and commercialize your Feedback in any way and for any purpose. We will treat any Feedback as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Third Party Links. The Website may contain links to resources and websites that we do not own, operate, or control. All such links are provided as a convenience to you. We are not responsible for the content, materials, or other information located on or accessible from any other website.
Transactional Partners. We may promote the services of third parties (“Partners”) within the Website. In cases where you use Partner services, you are transacting directly with the Partner. When using these Partner services, you are bound by the Partner’s terms of service in addition to remaining bound by these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Partner’s terms of service, the Partner’s terms of service will prevail with respect to the Partner’s services. Force Majeure. Neither we nor you shall be responsible for damages or for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts or occurrences beyond our or your reasonable control, including, without limitation: fire, lightning, explosion, power surge or failure, water, acts of God, war, revolution, civil commotion or acts of civil or military authorities or public enemies: any law, order, regulation, ordinance, or requirement of any government or legal body or any representative of any such government or legal body; or labor unrest, including without limitation, strikes, slowdowns, picketing, or boycotts; inability to secure raw materials, transportation facilities, fuel or energy shortages, or acts or omissions of other common carriers.
Governing Law. This Terms of Service is governed by the laws of the State of New York applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the State and County of New york and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
