Rematriating Economies Apprenticeship

We are centering rematriation.
Most economic initiatives often fail to recognize the unique responsibilities and expertise carried by Indigenous people. This oversight has left a gap in capital markets, fund management, and financial decision-making—one that must be addressed if we are to build a strong economy.
We are rebalancing Indigenous wisdom to uplift and inform the economy by bringing women as caretakers and leaders into the financial and economic systems - Women and diverse fund management teams deliver better financial returns than their peers — up to 20% higher net internal rate of return. By honoring the power of feminine wisdom in decision-making, we can strengthen economies rooted in reciprocity, responsibility, and self-determination.
REA is a four-month paid apprenticeship designed to provide a viable pathway beyond the conventional Western approach to explore and jumpstart a career in investment and financial management designed by and for Indigenous matriarchs. Through a rich learning experience, apprentices take part in teaching by industry experts, case studies, small group discussions, and practical exercises to develop the essential problem-solving and decision-making skills needed to craft an investment strategy.
