Our Criteria

We are currently investing out of our $134mm Fund II, making investments of $1mm-$3mm in Seed rounds.

1. High quality, resilient management team with at least one full-time founder
2. Post product (We are early)
3. Disruptive business model solving an important problem
4. Large market size ($1B+) with positive demand drivers
5. Attractive valuation in priced or capped Seed Round (10%+ ownership target)
6. Ability for HCP to provide strong added value
7. Investment realization horizon of 7 to 10 years

We also do not invest in projects (plays, music, etc.) or provide small business loans. We only invest in U.S., Latam, or Africa-based companies and have preference for Delaware C-corps.
