The MSP Equity Accelerator invests in five high-growth undervalued early-stage companies per cohort. This is an industry-agnostic and business model-agnostic program. We accept ALL types of startups across ALL industries and business models. The MSP Equity Accelerator invests in Minnesota-based startups founded by Black, Brown and Women founders. Investment Terms
Selected teams will receive a $100,000 investment in return for 7.5% equity in the company using a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE).
