The ReEntry Incubator is an 18-week program that provides training, coaching, and community enrichment resources for formerly incarcerated entrepreneurs.

The ReEntry Business Incubator, launched in collaboration with Santa Clara County’s Office of Diversion and Reentry Services, supports formerly incarcerated individuals in Santa Clara County to achieve business growth and development. Together, we’re working to create a more equitable, accessible business landscape that uplifts individuals and fuels communal benefit.

Opportunity for Additional Funding
After completing the incubator program entrepreneurs will qualify for the Capital in the Community Fund (CICF). This is a fund for entrepreneurs managed by ESO Ventures with investments from $5,000 - $100,000.
