A free program for Black and Latino small business owners.

ESO’s free incubators equip Black and Latino entrepreneurs with bespoke tools for driving business growth. The Operate Incubator focuses on helping existing businesses optimize operations and scale effectively. Our community of like-minded entrepreneurs understand the unique challenges you face, and our programming is designed to address them head-on. ​​Our coaches champion your vision while bolstering your skills, confidence, and business acumen for strategic expansion.

Potential for Additional Funding

After completing the incubator program entrepreneurs will qualify for the Capital in the Community Fund (CICF). This is a fund for entrepreneurs managed by ESO Ventures with investments from $5,000 - $100,000.
